Espresso Recipe: 19g In 38g Out, 24 to 25 seconds. This is geared toward a Classic 3rd Wave Espresso that is great straight and pairs well with milk, iced or hot! Keep in mind grinders and machine pressure may change this and varying the recipe may produce better results, if sour start by grinding finer to add 3 to 5 seconds, this recipe is on the short side but if bitter or heavy try courser grind to shorten 1 to 2 seconds
